Why we exist
Pregnancy changes bodies in ways exercise and diet cannot always reverse: separated stomach muscles, loose skin, and breasts that lost volume or lift after nursing. Many moms spend years feeling those changes are something to put up with quietly.
We started Mommy Makeover Calgary to make the first step easier. Our pages explain each procedure plainly, including who it suits, who it does not, what recovery is really like and what drives cost. When you are ready, we arrange a private consultation with a certified plastic surgeon.

No pressure, ever
You leave every consultation with a written plan and a cost estimate, and no deposit is requested on the day. Take it home, talk it over and decide in your own time.

Who performs the surgery?
Procedures are performed by plastic surgeons certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, in facilities accredited by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta.
Is a consultation a commitment to surgery?
No. A consultation is for information and planning. Many patients take weeks or months to decide, and some decide surgery is not right for them.
